Terms and Conditions - Promotion of deferred purchases for months paying with PayPal
Below are the terms and conditions of the "Purchases in months paying with PayPal" promotion, offered by Pitimina. It is important to read and fully understand these terms before validating the promotion.
Promotion Dynamics:
The promotion allows Pitimina customers to make purchases for an amount equal to or greater than $3,000 MXN in products from our online store.
Customers must reside in Mexico and use a Mexican bank card to participate in the promotion.
The promotion applies only to purchases made with credit cards.
Customers must make payment using PayPal as the payment method.
Deferral Periods:
Qualifying customers can defer payment over 3 months with all participating bank cards.
In addition, clients will be able to defer payment for 6 months exclusively with Citibanamex cards.
Participating Banks:
The promotion is valid for customers who use credit cards issued by participating banks in Mexico, such as: Scotiabank, Nubank, Banregio, Santander, American Express, among others.
For the 6-month deferral, the promotion applies exclusively to Citibanamex cards.
Pitimina Responsibility:
Pitimina offers this promotion as an additional benefit for its clients, but is not responsible for its application.
Pitimina is not responsible if PayPal withdraws the promotion or changes its agreements with participating banks.
Furthermore, Pitimina is not responsible if the customer's bank is not eligible to participate in the promotion or does not meet the requirements established by PayPal.
In the event that Pitimina cancels the promotion after a customer has redeemed it, the deal remains between the customer, PayPal and the relevant bank. Deferred payments can no longer be deferred, so the customer does not have to worry about changes after the promotion is redeemed.

This promotion is subject to availability and may be modified or canceled by Pitimina at any time without prior notice.
The promotion cannot be combined with other offers or discounts, unless otherwise specified.
